Excellent customer service does still exist! Glow-Mania could not have been any more helpful. We have been selling glow products etc at the school discos for many years. However this was my first year placing the order. I diligently priced up stock at various suppliers and found glow-mania was significantly better value. I contacted them by phone to discuss our order and was kept up to date via emails, receiving great advice along the way. I was aware I might be risking the quality of product given the prices but decided the returns policy allowed me to return all items within 7 days if I wasn't happy so I placed the order. I had no need for any concerns, in fact the large range of items we received are far better quality than we've ever had before! The battery units are sealed within the units so no more upset children because the batteries are lost, the colours on the LED products are bright and sharp and the rings don't have a slightly sharp bit unlike our previous suppliers. I really couldn't have asked for more since the service exceeded expectations, the delivery was incredibly fast and the products are better quality than we've ever had before - all this and we paid less than ever before!

Another order on time, same great quality as always. Will keep using them.
